Cookie notice

Which cookies and browser storage this site uses, which categories are optional, and how to change your choice at any time.

1. About this notice

This notice describes how FirstQuarter uses cookies and similar browser storage on this website, which categories are optional, and how your saved choice is applied on future visits.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies such as local storage keep information in the browser in the same way. They are used to keep you signed in, remember choices, protect forms and, where allowed, measure how pages are used.

3. How FirstQuarter uses cookies

Today the site sets only what it needs to work: session and authentication storage for the client dashboard, security and form-submission protection, and a record of your cookie choice so we do not ask again on every visit.

Optional categories are switched off until you allow them. No analytics, advertising or remarketing script is loaded before consent.

4. Cookie categories

  • Strictly necessary — required for the website, login, security, form submission and storing your cookie preference. Always active and not switchable.
  • Performance — help us understand page usage so we can improve the site. On by default in the preference center and can be switched off at any time.
  • Functional — remember preferences and improve non-essential site behaviour. On by default in the preference center and can be switched off at any time.
  • Targeting — used for advertising or remarketing only if FirstQuarter later enables such tools. Off by default, switched on only by you, and never loaded without consent.

5. Managing preferences

Open the preference center at any time to change your choice. It is available from the footer link “Cookie settings”, from the cookie banner and from the button below. Your choice is stored in your browser and applied when you return.

You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage will prevent sign-in and form submission from working.

6. Third-party cookies

Some cookies may be set by the providers that host the site, run authentication or, in future, provide analytics. Where an embedded third-party element such as a video or scheduling widget is used, that provider may set its own cookies once you allow the relevant category. Those providers act under their own notices.

7. Updates to this notice

If we add or remove tools that set cookies, this notice and the preference center are updated and the “last updated” date changes. Where a change requires new consent, you will be asked again.

8. Contact information

Cookie and privacy contact: [Insert privacy request email]. Until this address is published, questions can be sent through the contact page.

FirstQuarter may update this policy as services, tools, and legal requirements change.
