Service scope

A working desk, defined in countable work.

Each service below is delivered by trained agents on our own tooling. Availability depends on your package, and every action is recorded so your dashboard can report it.

Every service is run by trained human sales-desk agents following approved workflows, not by AI-only automation and not by freelancers hired one by one. Software supports the desk; people do the work, and the work is quality reviewed.

  • Human-led sales desk
  • Package-based coverage
  • Permissioned leads only
  • Standard tools included
  • Client setup required
  • Dashboard reporting included

Availability, response depth and reporting cadence depend on package and approved workflow.

FirstQuarter follows up on permissioned leads: demo requests, form submissions, inbound calls, missed calls, referrals, and other contacts where the customer has asked or allowed the business to respond. We do not run purchased-list cold-calling campaigns in the standard packages.

Common questions

See all FAQs
Are the CRM, phone, and reporting tools included?
Yes. The standard FirstQuarter operating tools we use to deliver the desk are included in the package price. Our team works inside those tools and your dashboard shows the results. Client-owned systems, custom integrations, unusual software requirements, and third-party subscriptions outside the standard workflow are scoped separately.
Do clients get direct access to the internal calling or CRM tools?
No. FirstQuarter agents work in the internal tools. Clients use the FirstQuarter dashboard, reports, and agreed exports. This keeps the workflow controlled and protects client and account data.
Do you do cold calling?
No standard package includes purchased-list cold calling or outbound to people who have not requested contact. FirstQuarter follows up on permissioned leads only.
What counts as a lead-handling unit?
Lead-handling units make the work countable. A unit records an eligible lead or customer inquiry, the approved response activity, pipeline notes, next action, and meeting/demo booking when qualified. The exact response depth depends on the package and approved workflow.
What is not included?
No ads, social media, content, brand strategy, website or app development, and no legal, tax, accounting, medical, financial or other regulated advice. Support and call volume are capped by package.
Can we upgrade from Starter Callback to Lead Response Desk or Operations Desk?
Yes. Starter Callback is designed for early validation. If real volume appears, you can move to Lead Response Desk or Operations Desk at the published package terms.
