FirstQuarter works with trained remote agents who can support U.S.-market founders with eligible lead callbacks, inbound call handling, permissioned follow-up, demo booking, and CRM-style notes.

Pipedrive Academy requirement
FirstQuarter agents work inside a Pipedrive-based sales operations process. Before certification, applicants must complete selected Pipedrive Academy courses. Course completion is a prerequisite, not automatic approval. FirstQuarter certification is separate and requires our own voice screen, mock callback, CRM note exercise, compliance test, and probation review.
